Dillah works across BBH LA and Global as a Creative Technology and Innovation Director. With over 12 years worth of experience, her forte is in innovation, experiential and social activations. This includes some of BBH's award winning projects for Google, Nike, Netflix and Disney Marvel. Having started her advertising career in BBH Singapore in 2009, she was AdAge's 2018 ‘ Top 5 Creatives You Need to Know’ and was a judge for Cannes Lions Innovation category in 2019. She was a pioneer member of a tech startup that was the first ever in Asia that was acquired by Google and had experiences in leading a branded gaming studio and innovative projects and products in the form of apps and IoTs for BBH and its clients.
Outside of work, Dillah mentors young female creatives and is heavily involved in the Women In Tech scene in North America. She mentors a number of women in up and coming startups and is considered a thought leader in Advertising Technology in Asia, having spoken at a number of Tech and Advertising conferences and events.

Current Job
My role requires me to be part right brain and part left brain. I bridge creativity and technology. I help brands and organisations to come up with creative ideas and provide executable innovative solutions that are related to technology, innovation and user experience. I lead tech and innovation projects as a creative director for most of our current brands and new business in BBH. I manage a tech team across different offices and guide them with our tech outputs and helping them grow in their career.

Design and grow the clients’ brand with the agency on an ongoing and project basis with external development team. Responsible for creating, iterating, presenting and delivering technological solutions. A liaison and facilitator between departments to ensure sound and responsible tech marketing, counselling, ideation and planning. As the pioneer and 1st staff of Pie.Co a messaging app for the workplace, Dillah was responsible in ensuring the best user experience for Pie's users through social media outreach, data research and user testing. Dillah also help in the marketing and seeding of the product through producing and curating content for our social media channels while building a strong user community and develop relationship with our users. On February 2016, Pie was acquired by Google.
