NIKE HYPER COURT

Created for the Phillipino audience who eat, live and breathe basketball, we created Hyper Court with to change the playing field of basketball training - to make it democratic so that no matter how much your family makes, your level of expertise or even your gender could stop you from being great at basketball.

Nike Hyper Court is a brand new Nike training platform, powered by Google. Using data, AI, and design, we turned the court into your coach.

Other than the data-less technology we installed in basketball courts around Manila to work along with a coach bot web app, the basketball courts were painted with murals that are as smart as they are beautiful. Without needing to install any apps and through any phone models, the Hyper Court web app lets you 'talk' to the court you're on and get custom training program curated from a bank of more than 75 training drills we developed from scratch. The more a player uses the platform, the more it learns and makes recommendations.

Illustrated by Arturo Torres we turn basketball courts into educational art galleries. Each courts were designed with real life game data to train you how to play like the legend you 'step on'. Such as the lightning bolts are the actual spots where LBJ does his signature moves. 

Visitors of the court will get to learn the different data and story from each visual marker.

When we started Hyper Court, our hope was to change the playing field of basketball training - to make it democratic so that no matter how much your family makes, your level of expertise or even your gender could stop you from being great at basketball. To see our user base grow since the day that we launch and saw that our most active users being female under 18, the best way to celebrate our 1 year anniversary was by having the great Maya Moore next to Lebron James because greatness doesn’t know gender. A crazy dream becomes reality when you just do it.
